Phone screen with HR, think it was just what they do with employee referrals maybe? It was just your generic QA questions, then at the end a "I'll review this with the hiring manager and get back to you."

The interview process was very smooth and well planned in advance. The rounds were bit tough and mostly they look for people who have hands on expertise and not just theoretical.
