      Jul 16, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015

      Interview

Got through the recruiter screening and was interviewed by hiring manager. He called almost 10 minutes late without an apology, then rushed through the interview. Seemed unimpressed by my answer when he asked me what I had been doing since laid off 2 months before.. 1) traveling 2) looking for a job

      Director, Product Management Interview

      Feb 3, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2025

      Interview

Great experience from introduction to offer. Recruiting team was excellent throughout the entire process and felt adequately prepared for the process. The interviews consisted of an initial discussion with the hiring manager, followed by 4 30-minute panels with cross-functional partners and adjacent colleagues. A bonus is Salesforce’s Insider program, which provides an opportunity to meet a current employee and ask a few questions. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had. I can tell they care about who they bring into their organization and rightfully so. Excited to bring my talents to Salesforce!
