I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2023
Interview
1) Call with Recruiter (they asked behavioral questions + background info). Friendly and communicative. 2) Hiring Manager - abrasive attitude. There was no opportunity to get to know the applicant through small talk or any connection. This was a major red flag for me - I would not have wanted to work under this HM. I submitted an application and heard back maybe 2 weeks later for the initial call?
