One conversation with an inside recruiter followed by a conversation with the recruiter for the specific position I was applying for. Then I moved on to an interview with someone in the same role I was applying for focused on my consultative (soft) skills. Then moved on to a similar interview focused on my technical experience. Finally, a panel interview that was half me presenting a project and half answering questions for the panel. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process.
