They went with someone who had over 6 years of experience. Genuinely felt like they knew who they were going to pick early on and they just led the rest of us on for giggles. Nobody needs 6 interviews to know if they want to hire you for a public relations position. It feels like I just wasted 2 months.

The interview process was a little on the longer side ( I applied in late March and got an Offer in mid-June), however, trust me, it is worth the wait. My recruiter, Jai, walked me through each step of the process and was extremely helpful in making sure I knew what was happening and what the feedback was after each interview. Some helpful tips - set up coffee chats with people you're not interviewing with and ALWAYS send thank you notes to those you've met with.
