I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
It was awful. They didn't know what they were doing and it felt super slimey. First interview was fine. Second interview I was given a rubrik to prep for the call and we didn't cover any of it. Third interview was a "if we offer will you accept" call.

Just car sales questions - are you going to be able to self motivate to make 100 dials a day
very straightforward and well organised, but they didn't keep their promise about getting back in time. Panel interview was not conducted as promised, as the role play was changed, which put even more pressure on time. Also they expected to being focused on certain things, which we're not outlined clearly and also not communicated by the stakeholders at hand.
VP of sales refered me in. From there it was chill panel interview and recruiter screen not much to worry about. Met with CRO as a final step. I ended up accepting the role after a very brief and quick salary negotiation
Went through a screener, then got rejected via email, but already had an interview set up with a recruiter. Met with the recruiter for a second meeting, then finally had an interview with a team member. Ended up going on the interview with the team member and was told would hear next steps, but never did. I had to link back with the recruiter to find out I was not moving forward in the process.
