I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2024
Interview
3 step process.
1. Basic call with a recruiter
2. 1 hour interview with 2 managers behavioural questions and a mock call
3. Panel interview, competence based questions and a review of your mock call
Overall the recruiter was very helpful and prepared me for every step in the interview process. Also the managers conducting the interviews were professional and friendly.
For the mock call I would suggest to study Sandlers methodology. It's a lot more about uncovering pains, asking good questions, steering the discussion in the right direction and then at the end going for a close with the information you gathered. In other words forget about pitching the product and trying to "push the solution on the prospect".
For the last interview with the mock call review I would advice everyone to think about what solution and why you would recommend it. They are going to ask you questions related to that and want to see how you think.

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in May 2026
Interview
Engaging and well run. They were very nice and explained everything. The interview was behavioral and very standard for behavioral interviews and not too hard. Overall good experience and good time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2026
Interview
