I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Difficult, 3 separate interviews which included a phone interview, web interview followed by an onsite presentation on their preferred topic. Very difficult process but understandable. Was fun but not so fun
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2022
Interview
Incredibly lengthy process. The last stage involved a case, in which 4 hours of learning modules were required to complete. Very little direction given - seems more of a test of if you can read their minds vs deliver a great presentation + demonstrate critical thinking. Great company overall, but this was a frustrating process. I also had a competing offer and let them know I would need a final decision by a certain date (after asking the other company for an extension). They conveniently sent me my rejection email at 8am sharp the day AFTER I needed the decision by.

How would you describe Salesforce to someone who has no idea what it is?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2020
Interview
First I had a call with the recruiter, who asked me a brief summary of my previous experience.
Afterwards I had a video call with 2 team members. They asked me what would I do in some scenarios. Finally I had a video interview with the director and who would be my manager. I was asked to create scenarios on a salesforce org (by signing in the free trial).
After 3 interviews I would have expected a call. I received a standard template for rejection email, I requested for feedback and they never replied.
