Question 1
Tell me why I should buy Salesforce and not build [the solution] myself?
Intense with a panel to present to the staff your solution. Very difficult and stressful but rewarding. Wouldn't go through it again but the questions were thought provoking. Process was long and didn't hear results fast
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in Sep 2021
Interview
HR advised me I was selected, basic HR screening if I was interested in the role, gave me some detail of what they were looking for.
They advised there would be 3 interviews, the last interview would be a panel presentation.
Somehow I got off the process and ended up with 4 interviews (HR tagged me with the wrong interviewer). When I made it to the final step (panel) I was assigned to someone on the team to build a panel presentation which was the best part of the process.
Unfortunately the typical process, 1 interview every week or two... wait for feedback schedule the next interview...
My panel presentation went well, lots of good feedback. A week later I got an update from the hiring manager saying they were delaying their decision and would update me... that was 1 month ago... ghosted since then
