I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2024
Interview
Started off great and ended horribly. the HR person sounded so nice and I thanked her so much for her time. After, they send an email with a number of questions the hiring managers ask, however they didn't ask a single one and were hostile from the get go. one of the managers was a few minutes late as well which further threw things into chaos.
Following that, the HR person just ghosted me after 3-4 follow up emails asking for an update.
Not at all what I would have expected from an organization like salesforce, however, if they treat potential employees like this I can't imagine how they treat current employees.
bullet dodged.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
