I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jan 2015
Interview
1. Call with HR recruiter - 40 minutes 2. Call with a VP - 30 min 3. In-person interview that also had senior management dialing in via GoToMeeting - 1 hour 4. Presentation - 1 hour
This interview experience was a positive one for me, though I found it mentally challenging, in part due to the pace. The entire process lasted only 10 days from my initial call with HR. Interview questions are asked very quickly, and was difficult for me to read whether senior management approved of my response or not before they moved onto the next question. My sales recruiter was great during the entire process and would help me prep for the next day's interview. He also reviewed my presentation before I presented to management and gave me feedback on how to improve it. I received an offer about 45 minutes after my presentation.

Question 1
-How much of your previous sales success was based on how much your clients liked you?
-The word "driven" is probably the most over-used word by salespeople in describing themselves. What does "drive" mean to you?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
