Fairly straight forward interview process. Spoke with recruiter, hiring manager and then a face to face with two hiring managers in which I presented. Communication was seamless and they were very clear about next steps throughout.

6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
