Interview
It was during Covid - 19 pandemic. It was a phone call interview lasted for 30-40 min. Four interviewers asked questions related with my resume and projects and also about my current education
I applied online. I interviewed at Sallie Mae (Newark, DE) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process started smoothly with an initial HR screening where the questions were straightforward. I was told I would hear back quickly regarding next steps. However, after the interview, there was no follow-up communication. Even though I have reached out to the hr, I heard nothing back. The lack of timely updates in the process was disappointing and made it difficult to plan accordingly.
Resume application then an interview with the hiring manager. The process moves pretty quickly, one week from interview to getting the offer and between 2-3 weeks from application to offer.
