Three interviews. 1st with in house talent recruiter, 2nd with hiring manager, 3rd with team. It was an easy enough process. The 1st interview went well and was just a this is the org sort of interview. The 2nd interview was more of a this is the role and the department sort of interview. I was told to interrupt the interviewer to offer insight from my personal career when applicable. I did. The interview ran over due to the conversation continuing well past the interview time. Never made it to the third interview. Then saw the role posted again on the hiring manager's LinkedIn feed. When I asked if they had any feedback, I got no response. When I reached out to the in-house talent, I was told that there was no feedback. This was two weeks ago. I finally withdrew from the role in their workday instance. Rather than telling me I wasn't moving forward, they really ghosted me. I had read about it happening but had never seen it until Sallie Mae.
