It was very basic. They ask you to give them example's of certain situations where you showed leadership etc..Make sure you show up looking professional. They look for a clean kept demeanor. It was a one on one interview with the store manager. After that she talked with her DM then called to offer me a job a few days later.

I answered an ad posted on their shop window. I applied by handing in my paper to the store manager and she called a few days later requesting a time that was good for me to interview. I came in and had my interview and it was pleasant. She was very nice. I also brought letters of recommendation and my actual resume with the application.
