Interview
The general interview questions including ones involving customer service along with questions including your knowledge on beauty supplies and also your selling abilities (sales role-play). The most difficult part of the entire thing was just the role play of selling the product all questions are simple enough. They are particularly looking for people who are capable and skilled in customer service, which is one of the things they will expect most from you.

Interview
I applied and got a call back about a week later. The interview went nice. They mainly ask about work experience and if you're able to speak Spanish (if you're in a Latino dominant area). My application was actually forwarded for another location that was under staffed and got hired there.

Interview
The interview took place in the stock room, the store manager sat at her desk while I sat in a smaller chair a few feet away. When i went in for my interview the Assistant Manager was the only on in the sales floor, she went in the back to ell the Store Manager that I was there. After a few minutes the store manager came out to get me, we went in the stock room and she proceeded to ask me a few questions regarding why i wanted to work there, how i hear about the job etc. She was polite and very comfortable.
