I had a pre-screening interview with HR, during which I was told my resume had been passed to the hiring manager and that I would be contacted soon. However, I never heard back. Despite sending two follow-up emails, I received no response, nor was I notified (even automatically) that I was excluded from the process. It's disappointing not to receive any feedback, especially after the process had already begun. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a lack of communication from a company. Very unprofessional experience.
