Interview
It was a phone interview which lasted about 10 minutes. It was very high pressure and required a lot of quick thinking and what you would do in a hypothetical situation
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salt Lake County, UT (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2025
Interview
Someone from HR set the interview with me, but then was not one of my interviewers. I was a little clunky when I came in saying I had an interview with that person in HR (I was not told I would be meeting with other people) and they had to figure out where I needed to go. The interview was fine, very relaxed and the questions weren’t hard. I was told I should contact that person from HR for my interviewers emails if I had any questions and would hear back about the job in a few days. The person from HR wouldn’t respond to me via phone or email when I tried to get the contact to send a thank you and a couple follow up questions, and then I got a generic rejection email two weeks later. I understand not everyone is a fit, but being totally ghosted and then not following their own timeline getting back to me was disappointing.
