Describe a time when you could not change the mind of an upset guest, and what steps did you take to handle the situation?
Started off good just asked you pretty standard interview questions then asked me to upsell a menu item didn’t get hired though because the manager was intimidating and I think I was just nervous
The interview process was pretty easy. They didn't ask too many difficult questions. The Manager who interviewed me at the time, made the experience go by fast. I was able to start right away after interviewing with the General Manager.
