Very quick interview process (I had two seperate interviews) , amazing management that was very approachable and nice. I would definitely recommend this process for anyone I was scared at first as it’s my first job but as I went in they made me feel at home.

Bloomin Brands is on top of things. They respect their employee's more than I've seen large corp. do. The training is WAY better & the lady who interviewed me was nice. She was very calming. Even though I didn't get the job, I have way more respect for Bloomin Brands than I ever did before.

She didn't ask the usual scripted questions because I felt she made her decision I wasn't a good fit due to me being a catering/banquet bartender & server.
