This was a very unstructured interview. It was clear the interviewer had not really reviewed my experience. Instead of them asking me questions about my past experiences and how they relate to the role. I was watching a character, not a business professional tell me a diatribe about their past and why they are at Sama. This was a very frustrating and difficult experience as a candidate.
