I interviewed for an operations role about two months ago. The process involved three internal interviews with both engineering and sales team members, followed by a fourth round involving technical questions and a presentation to share your findings and work. All interviewers were pleasant to chat with, open about expectations for work/life balance, and at the end of each round I was assured team members would get back to me with next steps. After my fourth round, I never heard from anyone again despite multiple follow-ups. Just incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional considering the time and effort that went into building an entire presentation. Please be more respectful of people's time, especially when they are job-hunting.
