I applied online. I interviewed at Samaritan's Purse in Dec 2017
Interview
Overall disappointed in Samaritan's interview process. I had a phone interview in December and heard nothing from the organization till the end of February and that was to let me know that I did not get the position. I do understand that a lot people apply, but I do not see the need to wait that long to let the people that didn't do good enough in the phone interview, or make it through any of the the steps, know that they didn't get a position. This is inconsiderate to those that are trying to make other plans and are waiting to hear back. There needs to be more communication throughout the process.
