Submitted a standard application with resume. 2 weeks later i was contacted to submit a video interview. I got the questions before hand, then had to record my answers in under a minute using only 3 takes per question. I had to use sparkhire for the video interview. A few weeks later I was contacted to schedule a phone interview.

Very laid back initial interview where they want to get to know you. Most of the questions of the first interview are based on their values, so if you do not agree with all their values and beliefs I suggest not applying. The second interview is more skills based, that's when they ask more about your professional experience.
