The process began with an on-line application and submission of a resume. After about 10 days received an e-mail requesting a phone interview within a couple days. They called. A group of about 5 were present with questions from all involved. Went very smoothly. About 10 days later received a telephone call requesting a on site interview. They arranged to meet my limited availabilty schedule and paid all expenses for an across the United States trip. Paid for the two nights in a hotel, meals and a vehicle. The on site interview lasted for about 6 hours and included lunch with several from the department. The interview process was with both individuals and small groups at various levels and positions in the department. A low pressure and enjoyable process actually. Learned the result within about 5 days, which was no offer, but they invited me to apply for a different position within the same department. I did not due to other personal circumstances.
