They first of all called me and had a phone chat with me. Then they send you a video recording software link where you answer questions and submit them via video. You have chances to redo the videos on some of them which is helpful. Then, they called me again for an in person interview. The in person interview was great. They were very nice, asked beautiful questions which showed the integrity of the company, and left room for me to ask questions. While the experience was great along with the company, the role itself wasn't for me.
