Interviewer asked a lot of questions on master's projects and job experience for 20 min. The remaining 40 min were questions on basic digital logic , cdc , rdc , latches, synthesis based, multi cycle path , i/p and o/p delay , power saving, clock gating , gray code counters

Applied online. Recruiter reached out to schedule phone interview with the hiring manager over Google Meet. Interviewer clearly had not read my resume. He disregarded my internship experience and told me I came to engineering "late" (high school), I guess because I wasn't programming in diapers. The interviewer ended the interview half an hour early, not bothering to do the coding question, as they wanted someone with more experience. That would have been fine, but the way he said it was quite rude, implying that I would be lucky to have him put me forward in the process, and telling me I have no technical depth. I don't think this is a fair characterization of my experience, especially since he didn't ask me any technical questions that would have allowed me to demonstrate my expertise. Overall, I came away thinking I would not like to work here, and that it would not be an inclusive and positive work environment.
