Seven rounds of interviews: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, three individual interviews with peers, one “take home assignment” panel, one director. Take home assignment asked for a rundown of previous program managed, but instructions/expectations were unclear. Received feedback that they had no feedback and everyone really liked me, but did not get the role and have been immediately removed from other roles applied to since. HORRIBLE way to treat candidates. After 20+ hours committed to seven interview rounds and unpaid work with unclear expectations….they couldn’t even provide honest feedback. 10/10 would not recommend.

Met with Recruiter for Phone Screening Call. Mostly asked behavioral questions and previous work experience. Remote role with good salary. But, I was not invited to meet with hiring manager and did not move forward to the next round. got rejection email 4-5 days later.

Very well organized and thorough. Each interview was targeted towards specific company principles. Each interviewer did a great job asking thoughtful questions and not sugarcoating the challenges. Had to do a presentation to the hiring manager and director.
