I have cleared first 3 Technical round which is very difficult. 1. Written Test - Use case scenario 2. Programme Execution - Use case scenario 3. Face to Face Interview. Second round it was very difficult, even you have internet also can't resolved. It's a real time scenario, only 5 to 10% logic Im able to write and some how got chance to discuss on next round. Third round - In my life time, one of the best technical interview I have attended. Nearly 2 hours, all practical question(not a single Theory question) and in depth of technical question on Kafka, spark, hbase,phoenix ,drill and Hadoop. I'm not able to match at least 1% to his technical skills and very technically sound Solutions Architect I interacted in my life. Nearly 45 min, he guided me which is my strength and what need to be study to further. Nobody will give such kind of suggestion during interview(for all candidates), such a ground to earth person. After one moth I got a call for Next round, I was surprised. When I have attended It was shocked, 3 people sitting to take my interview. I got to know while they asking question seeing pre-defined google question and answer they are non technical people, it seems by time pass they came to take. Finally HR, came and told "you are not selected ". Please don't waste candidate time by giving non technical person to take interview(last round)
