Very unprofessional interview experience so far in my entire corporate life and personal questions were asked in managerial round which was irrelevant for the role. They will push the candidates till last round knowing that candidate's profile won't match the complete job description and reject candidates in last round just coz I had one more offer in hand. Also false hope were given stating there would be last HR round scheduled by Korean team. No proper feedback were provided by QA managers for rejection in the last moment. Totally waste of time and my energy. Didn't expect this process from reputed product company. Also one more suggestion if date of joining is very near for any candidate, do not push the profile and schedule the interviews. I really hope this feedback would be considered and improve their screening process.
