Formal process. Aptitude test is fairly difficult. Require a lot of practice. Verbal test is pretty easy. Aptitude test includes numerical test, verbal test, and logical test. One tip is that you should not care much about the time pressure, don't answer as much as possible but instead focus on doing every question right.

After the first two stages of the process (i.e. CV and Cover Letter screening) and completing a numerical and personality test, they mentioned that they will get back after two weeks. I never received a response anymore despite trying to reach out to them multiple times. Such a pity their lack of professionalism towards recent graduates.
