The application was last winter, so precise details may be incorrect. The first part of the application is to complete their online test/quiz/games, which was pretty straightforward; the style of the tests were reminiscent of IQ tests. Then I was asked to participate in a webcam interview, where it asked four common interview questions. Each question was given preparation time and answering time, both of which were pretty quick. Finally, I was invited to the final interview stage alongside other finalists, which lasted around 3/4 hours. We were first provided with some descriptions about the job and the company and were sent to our individual 1-1 interviews with value/competency questions. Final task of the process was a group task to solve a question given.
