admin work for the requirements of work , the process of interview are in two phase , first round and second round. on the basis of that selection process are done.
Simple and very easy, it was mainly 3 rounds.
Easy and simple.
1st round was writing, second for managerial and last round was HR.

Have both personality and technical interview, both sessions usually will be conducted together in a day and the HR manager and hiring manager will join together. Not difficult to pass the interview as long as you show your good attitude and fit to the requirements.
