The HR in charge was very responsive and friendly the information requested was the usual nothing out of the norm.Be prepared to go through a few rounds of interview and negotiation normally will need to get approval from management

They asked me to detail my strategic approach for evaluating a complex semiconductor patent portfolio and how I would identify key assets for monetization.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The management team was very nice, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the discussions. They were genuinely interested in my experience and provided clear insights into the role.
At the end of the process, the HR representative mentioned that I could reach out if I wanted updates on the recruitment status. However, when I followed up, I didn’t receive a response, which was a bit disappointing. If I can have clearer communication on next steps, it would have been helpful.
First round was a screening interview with TA.
Then proceed with an onsite interview with hiring managers (Team leader and Head of department)
