I interviewed at San Diego State University (San Diego, CA)
Interview
It was fairly straightforward. Had a Zoom interview with a panel that asked your typical questions about background- only lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then was contacted for a second interview in person on the campus, less formal over coffee. They were transparent that internal employees (already employed and seeking a promotion) had priority over external applicants and had about two/three people (internally) interested.
