it was pretty average. they asked a few questions and got to know you. would participate again if they have another opportunity. just be yourself and honest and truthful. they did it through zoom so it might be different in person

They asked about 6 simple questions over zoom, and it took about 20 minutes. Questions mainly related to customer service. And you will have to talk about yourself and few qualities you provide to the job.
