Overall a very pleasant experience! There were a few zoom calls, followed by a business case that I had to complete and present to a few team members. The team was very friendly and open to answering any questions. I was told during the 3rd step of the interview, however, that the technical project manager position I applied for was already filled, they instead asked if I would be comfortable considering a normal project manager role which was slightly different. Wasn't a huge deal to me, I just wish I knew about that before my interview. While I didn't get an offer, I do respect the company's decision.
