The screening process is among the coldest - and most sterile I've ever experienced. You're required to do an "IQ" test which measures your spatial awareness among other "intelligence" measures.
Here's the deeply insulting email you get back if you don't perform well on the assessment:

In this online Brain Game we have assessed your cognitive ability, numeric reasoning and logical reasoning. It gives us great insight in your ability to learn quickly, which is essential in a fast-growing company like ours!
With the score obtained you have scored below the average score in the norm group of higher education. Not a bad score, but not enough for us to be convinced that your learning ability fits our needs. Unfortunately, we decided not to invite you for the next round. Even though we see a lot of positive points regarding motivation and skills, we decided to continue with candidates who have a higher score."
