It starts with a forced IQ/ logic test- so you can't actually speak to a person and find out about the role until this is completed- or at least that's what happened when I applied. After succeeding in the test I then had a phone screen. The phone line was pretty terrible when I did the phone interview and after we both struggled our way through I was then sent an email saying I was unsuccesful.
