I had applied directly on their website & a short while after, I received a calendly link to schedule my first call. It went really well & was later told to complete a 45 minute assessment. This test included questions on quant skills, spatial intelligence & verbal abilities. The only caveat being that ticking timer. I completed the test and moved onto the next technical round. After which I received a rejection mail - citing the test assessment results as the lacking point.
