Did a 45 minutes cognitive assessment and personality tests. Then after 2 weeks scheduled a half an hour introduction interview. The HR was reading the questions off a list which made the interview feel as if it is another test with no engagement. Questions were mostly related about my past expereince and future expecttaions; however, the recruiter refused to talk about the company's values and insisted on assessing my knowledge of SANA products (another test question) as If I should also do my own onboarding for the company before even moving to the next stage.
