Hiring manager reached out to schedule an interview, but then when I replied, did not respond for several days until I sent another email inquiring to make sure they saw my response. Eventually did select a date and time for an interview. The interviewer was late, and I was told I would hear back early the next week. It has now been three weeks, and I've heard nothing. I believe it is important to close the loop with candidates that have taken time off their current jobs to prepare and attend an hour-long interview, so I am disappointed that was not done, even if they did not wish to move forward with me.
