I was reached out to by someone in HR mid November 2022 to do an interview with who I believe would be my direct supervisor (VP). She was extremely nice and asked me questions related to my experiences, not a standard list of questions. I heard back within a week to schedule my next interview for the end of November, which was with someone higher up, I believe the CCO. She asked me somewhat difficult questions off of a list but also was relatively friendly. After that I did not hear back from anyone until January, asking me if I was able to do a third interview with someone on the team I would be working on. I responded with my availability but did not hear back until two weeks later letting me know I didn't get the position.
