The interview process was simple and fairly straightforward, but unprofessional at some points. First, I completed a phone screening interview to see if I was okay with the job requirements. Then, I attended a full-day interview which entailed meetings with managers and presenting my dissertation work. The main manager in charge of the postdoc never came to our scheduled 1.5-hour slot! I sat in a room by myself with no explanation. It was an unprofessional experience, especially since I traveled from far away for this interview.
