Das Schweigen wird schließlich dadurch gebrochen, dass nach wiederholten Anfragen aus Angst vor einer Kommunikationskrise jemand anruft, um sich zu rechtfertigen und zu sagen, dass er früher oder später geantwortet hätte, wenn auch nicht innerhalb der angegebenen Frist. Wenn nach dem zweiten Gespräch eine Frist von zwei Wochen angegeben wurde, die nie eingehalten wurde... sechs? Vielleicht mehr?
