Sandvik Cross-Program Manager interview questions

I recently attended an interview with Sandvik and was required to complete both a personality test and a logical test. This extensive pre-screening felt excessive and impersonal, overshadowing my qualifications and professional experience. The process was time-consuming and prioritized generic assessments over my specific skills and job-related expertise. The personality test, in particular, felt intrusive and irrelevant to the job I applied for. While I understand the need for thorough vetting, a more balanced approach focusing on relevant skills and practical knowledge would have been more effective and respectful of candidates' time and effort.
