I submitted an application online and included my up to date resume and a well thought out cover letter, highlighting how my knowledge and experience could be beneficial to them. A week later, I received a call for an interview from HR. They negotiated a starting pay and set a date for my interview. The interview was about 40 minutes. I was asked pretty standard interview questions by the unit manager. I was also asked questions about how I would handle certain situations.
