20-minute interview with HR over the phone, then 1-2 weeks later I was invited to an in-person interview with the clinical team. I was offered the position the next day.

HR asked me: Why are you leaving your current job? What don't you like about where you work? In-person interview: Tell me about yourself. What are your career goals? Describe your experience for this role.
Straight forward questions and process. Respectful interactions with interviewers and other staff. The process was predictable overall. Received a tour of the facility and introductions to some staff. Everyone was nice and welcoming
