I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Sanford Health (New York, NY)
Interview
I was contacted for an interview within a couple of weeks of applying for the position. I had a face-to-face interview, followed by about a two week wait because of the Thanksgiving holidays. I then received a request for second interview with the director and VP of the department. Both interviews went really well, and I felt I would receive an offer. Following the interview, I sent a thank you note. A week later I followed up on the status of the position and was told they hired someone else. I inquired as to any feedback they can provide, and was told that I probably fell within the category where internal candidates had also applied. I was also told that they like to promote from within as much as possible. If this is truly the case, then why was the position posted outside the company versus trying to fill internally first? Very frustrating when you’re trying to gain employment and you can’t even get your foot in the door.

Interview
Submitted online resume.
Fully electronic video interview with no human video. You video yourself answering questions. You had 3 tries. I did it for the experience, but really think they are treating applicants like robots. I can't imagine how they treat customers.

Question 1
All questions were at top of screen and you had a countdown of a minute to prepare answer and 2 minute to video yourself giving the answer.
