I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sanford Health
Interview
I spoke with the manager for the department. It was a conversation and not the typical structured interview format. The interviewer was so comfortable he even cursed during the interview. The use of profanity is unacceptable. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, but went to an hour.
NEGATIVE RATING ...... If the candidate is not meeting your criteria, then the interview should end at the scheduled time. This is misleading and quite humiliating for the job applicant.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sanford Health (Sioux Falls, SD) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online, and was sent an email about setting up a phone interview.
A week or so later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager 30-40 minutes. I was then sent a question sheet from one of the employees on the team which I filled out and sent. Maybe one or two weeks later I got a call with an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty typical interview questions, tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in five years, etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sanford Health (Fargo, ND) in Mar 2016
Interview
Contacted after preliminary interview at a job fair and did one onsite interview.
First- HR recruiter
Scenario questions, answer honestly with a little consideration about what you think they want you to hear, i.e. values and patient centered.
Second- two managers
Pretty straight forward- one unique question was Why I chose this internship over a full-time job. Other than that, most were your typical personality, experience questions. They spent a lot of time telling about the job you would be in rather than grilling you.
